Lojong (mind training in Tibetan) is a profound practice with which practitioners engage in meditation and daily life applications to reshape thought patterns. This approach views challenges as opportunities for growth, guiding practitioners towards a compassionate outlook and a resilient mindset. In essence, lojong offers a concise yet powerful path to inner peace and spiritual development. Ven. Amy Miller will be teaching from various lojong texts like: ‘Turning Suffering and Happiness into Enlightenment’ (Jikme Tenpe Nyime) and the ‘Eight Verses of Thought Transformation’ (Kadampa Geshe Langri Thangpa).
