Lama Yeshe, the founder of the global organization, FPMT, to which the Maitreya Institute is affiliated, had a vision to translate the key insights and methods of Buddhism into terms that are relevant to our modern lives. Also inspired by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, who has been in dialogue with the top of the scientific community for over 30 years, we offer secular workshops and courses that combine the best insights from Buddhism and psychology.
