Join us every Monday evening for a 45-minute guided meditation in Amsterdam-Oost or online. No registration is needed—just walk in, relax, and let go.

Starting the week with a moment of stillness can transform your mindset. Meditation helps reduce stress, increase focus, and cultivate a deep sense of peace. Practicing in a group enhances the experience, connecting you with a community and amplifying the collective calm.

Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this is your time to reset, recharge, and set the tone for the week ahead.
